2005 F150 Ford Lightning

Surely, Ford Motor Company never fails to give a special breed of cars and trucks
that would appeal to all automobile enthusiasts out there. In an effort to create
pure performing cars, Ford created Lightning in extremely limited numbers and
is also joined in its stable by its siblings the Mustang Cobra and Focus.
First launched in 1993 until its running production in 1995, the first generation
Lightning boasted of much more horsepower and a high-performance suspension. It
was in the year 1999 when Ford resurrected Lightning, this time around built with
its new F-series body and equipped with high-powered Triton and Eaton superchargers
pumping out a greater amount of horsepower than the previous generation.
With this, it is no doubt that Ford Lightning has taken hold of the title "Fastest
Production Truck in the World" up to now. 2005 F-150 Ford Lightning is another
leap over the other 2000 models. It comes in a much improved engine make-up, transmission
and suspension that complement each other well. SVT engineers had diligently worked
over the inside and outside components of this model. One must take an off-road
experience for a feel of the new features embodied in this latest Lightning model.
